LCR filed its proposed judgment in DADT case. Will Obama’s DOJ ask for stay – and appeal?

Karen Ocamb posted the Log Cabin Republican’s proposed judgment in the DADT case. The DOJ has to respond by next Thursday, then the judge will issue her final judgment.

It’s expected that the Obama administration will seek a stay of this judgment — and it’s widely expected that the DOJ will appeal. The Obama administration does not have to appeal this decision. Earlier this week, in fact, Senators Udall and Gillibrand wrote to Attorney General Holder asking him not to appeal this decision.
